About The Role
This role is preferably based out of NYC at our office, but open to SF-based applicants.
We are seeking a scrappy, creative, and ambitious individual as our first Growth & Demand Generation lead, focused on a set of Enterprise & Strategic accounts. This role is critical to accelerating pipeline generation alongside our growing sales efforts.
You are someone who is constantly thinking about differentiation, quality, experimentation, and ultimately delivering an rapidly increasing amount of qualified pipeline quarter over quarter.
Your Role Includes:
- Own & execute on creative & differentiated outbound campaigns targeting ICP companies in the enterprise, across a core group of personas
- Own advertising channels targeting these buyers, whether it's LinkedIn, Google, gifting, or other experimental channels end-to-end.
- Partner closely with AE team + sales leadership to help drive in-flight opportunities with bespoke, creative ABM.
- Help lead pipeline councils across AE, SDR, & marketing and continue reviewing & optimizing campaign performance.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of growth & demand generation experience at a growing SaaS startup that operated in a competitive environment.
- Prior focus on driving demand in enterprise accounts (ABM) instead of an unlimited TAM, 'spray and pray' model
- Self-starter with an enormous appetite for learning and ambition to build something great
- Willing to ‘do what it takes’ to win, whether that means working in the evenings and on a weekend to execute on deliverables
- Entrepreneur by heart (always identifying opportunities for improvement + contribution)
- Your friends would describe you as creative / a 'hacker' or tinkerer
- Quantitative intuitions and first-principles approach
- High tolerance for ambiguity and ability to change perspectives
