We are excitedly seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. The person in this role will be instrumental in delivering unparalleled service and program excellence to our clients. The role will encompass managing client expectations, dissecting market trends, optimizing workflows, and actively participating in content initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Continuously strengthen day-to-day client relationships through exceptional client service,detailed knowledge of client’s industry and business & complete program delivery
- Manage, meet, assess internal and external client expectations with the ability to resource content delivery verticals and identify and articulate alternative solutions when changes arise
- Drive communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, maintaining clear project statuses, timelines, and touchpoints
- Keep management informed by preparing monthly reports, interpreting key information, and making recommendations
- Collaborate with Studios leadership to refine internal systems and identify opportunities for workflow improvement and scale
- Organize and streamline processes to ensure efficient workflow and execution of tasks
- Ensure all departmental project management boards are up-to-date with accurate information and project statuses
- Oversee workflow and communication for remote editors, ensuring clear deadlines, efficient output, and brand consistency
- Contribute to the research, coordination, and production of numerous content programs from concept to production to delivery
- Help ensure that all departmental communication channels have timely responses, with no inquiries left unaddressed
- Ensure all production paperwork (location releases, appearance releases, etc) is properly stored and maintained

Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate will have a background in marketing operations or project management, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiar with project management systems & process workflows
- Proactive problem-solving skills to address challenges and implement innovative solutions.
- An intuitive leader who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to manage projects across multiple departments with ease
- An investigator who uses data and analysis to determine what tactics are working
- An experimenter who is responsive, adaptive, flexible, proactive
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- The ability to lift up to 25 lbs
The salary for this position is $65,000
