point of view beauty is redefining makeup prep with high-performance, skincare-infused solutions designed to simplify routines and deliver flawless, long-lasting results. Founded by beauty creator and makeup artist Mikayla Nogueira and industry veteran Ani Hadjinian, in partnership with Imaginary Ventures, point of view beauty merges cutting-edge Korean formulations with advanced U.S. skincare innovation to create intuitive, multitasking products that enhance both makeup application and skin health. Built on the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident in their beauty routine, point of view empowers individuals to master their own artistry at home – because beauty is all about your point of view.

We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we're looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us make that happen.

About the Role

As our Social Media Coordinator, you’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day of POV’s social presence, helping to plan, create, post, and engage across TikTok, Instagram, and more. You’ll work closely with the Director of Social Media & Influencer Marketing and cross-functional teams to execute content that’s on-brand, on-trend, and built to drive real engagement. This is an ideal role for someone who lives on social, knows what performs, and has a passion for beauty, content, and creators.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and scheduling content across TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest and other platforms
Support in creating and editing short-form content
Support in the delivery of content on our own site
Support in briefing UGC and creator content
Monitor daily performance, track engagement, and report on trends and insights
Help source and brief content creators, micro-influencers, and UGC talent
Jump into comments, DMs, and community conversations to keep the vibe strong and brand voice consistent
Stay on top of social media trends, audio, memes, and formats, bringing on trend ideas to the table on a regular basis.
Organize and maintain our content archive and posting calendar
Support content shoots and creative production as needed

Requirements

Experience in social media, content creation, or community management, whether full time or as an intern
Deep love for the beauty industry. You know the creators, the trends, and the language
Comfortable with video editing, storyboarding, and jumping in on content
Knows what makes content pop and how to translate a brand vibe into visuals
Strong communicator, highly organized, and able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment
Proactive and plugged-in. You’re the one who’s already seen the trend before it hits the feed
