You'll oversee a cutting-edge portfolio of electronic access control and surveillance systems, ensuring the safety and security of our team members, residents, and assets. This role involves managing key systems, physical security devices, fire alarms, and leading a team of in-house technicians. You'll coordinate with various teams, liaise with vendors, and handle essential administrative tasks.

Rate: $23 - $33 / hr. w2
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee access control technology for a portfolio with over 1,000 cameras and 10,000 electronic locks.
- Ensure top-tier hardware and software for projects.
- Integrate various access control systems seamlessly.
- Monitor Network Video Recorders and review on-site activities.
- Manage daily operations, service queues, and task prioritization.
- Communicate with site contacts and supervise in-house technicians.
- Coordinate with security vendors and manage new vendor setups.
- Ensure compliance with security system licenses.
- Design security infrastructure with project development teams.
- Maintain an equipment lifecycle plan and manage parts inventory.
Key Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with access control systems and software
- System design and blueprint review
- Ticket system management
Required Certifications/Education:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Access Control and/or project management
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
