Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Akron/Cleveland for a Security System Administrator/PM. The role involves tasks such as system administration, troubleshooting, technical support, network administration of Physical Access Control (Card Access) and IP Video Surveillance, as well as support in trouble shooting network connectivity for these systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with installing, programing and maintaining Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), Video Surveillance, and Information Technology skills
- Experience in troubleshooting Access Control card reader, door hardware and Video Surveillance Equipment and technical support
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Lenel OnGuard, Avigilon, Genetec
- Ability to travel from time to time
